The Kirkland Room
Named after Hamilton College founder and life-long
friend of the Oneida Indians, Samuel Kirkland.
Our
largest room overlooks the Village Green and fountain, and
boasts a luxurious king bed, electric fireplace, full-size sofa bed, full closet
and antique mahogany writing desk. The attached private sky-lit
bath has a full tub/shower. $139-179

 The Scollard Room
In the late 1800's, this was the home office of Dr. James
Scollard, who also owned the opera house which was located across the
street.
This
stately first floor room offers a commanding view of the
Village Green, and features a queen sleigh bed, cherry
armoire and antique writing desk. The tub/shower and water
closet in the attached private bath are equipped with grab bars

The Cleveland Room
The Reverend and Mrs. Cleveland, and their young son,
Grover, resided at 26 Utica Street in the early 1850's.
Overlooking
the back yard shaded by an ancient elm tree, this room features
antique twin beds, cherry armoire and patterned hardwood
floor. A generous, overstuffed chair beckons you to curl
up and read a good book. Private bathroom with shower attached.

Named after George Clinton, the first Governor
of New York State and later, Vice President under Presidents

The Clara Barton Room
The founder of the American Red Cross attended the Clinton
Liberal Institute, on Chestnut Street.
The
